Etsy Profit Tracker
This is a read-only bookkeeping and finance dashboard for Etsy sellers. It helps track order profitability, reserve timing, payout timing, recoverables, and payment-account reconciliation in one place.
What the app does
- Reconciles Etsy orders, fees, taxes, and payment-account ledger activity.
- Tracks manual costs such as shipping, goods, packaging, and misc expenses.
- Shows reserve-related payout timing and expected payout buckets.
- Tracks recoverables such as shipping GST, goods GST, TCS, and TDS.
Intended use
The tracker is intended for authorized Etsy stores that want a separate dashboard for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and payout visibility. Access remains restricted to approved users.
Requested Etsy API access
The app only needs the minimum read scopes required for bookkeeping:
The application does not create listings, edit listings, send messages, run marketing, or replace Etsy checkout.
A reviewer-visible Etsy OAuth connect flow is available from this page. Manual password login remains available separately for authorized dashboard users.
