What we collect

When connected to Etsy, the application may collect shop, order, transaction, and payment-account ledger data required to provide bookkeeping, payout tracking, and recoverables reporting. The application may also store manual bookkeeping fields entered by the seller.

How we use the data

We use Etsy data only to operate the bookkeeping and finance features requested by the seller, including order profitability, fee reconciliation, reserve tracking, and recoverables reporting.

What we do not do

• We do not collect Etsy passwords.
• We do not use Etsy data for advertising or unsolicited marketing.
• We do not sell Etsy data to third parties.
• We do not use Etsy data to train machine-learning or AI models.

Retention and deletion

Etsy data is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the bookkeeping service and maintain seller records. Sellers may request deletion of their application data by contacting dufflestudio02@gmail.com. See the data deletion page for request instructions.
