Etsy Profit Tracker
Etsy Profit Tracker is a read-only bookkeeping and payout-tracking tool for Etsy sellers. It is used to reconcile Etsy orders, fees, payment-account ledger activity, recoverables, and reserve-related payout timing inside a separate finance dashboard.
Application purpose
- Sync Etsy shop finance data into a bookkeeping tracker.
- Show order-level net from Etsy, fees, taxes, reserves, and payout timing.
- Track manual business costs such as shipping, goods, packaging, and misc.
- Provide recoverables summaries for GST, TCS, and TDS.
Requested Etsy API access
The application only needs the minimum read scopes required for bookkeeping:
The application does not create or edit listings, message buyers, send marketing, or attempt to replace Etsy checkout.
A reviewer-visible Etsy OAuth connect entry point is available from this page. Manual password login remains separate for authorized dashboard users.
Seller data handling
- We use Etsy data only to provide bookkeeping and payout analysis to the seller.
- We request only the data necessary to provide those features.
- No Etsy member passwords are collected or stored.
- No Etsy data is used for advertising, analytics resale, or AI model training.

Current application status
The production dashboard remains access-controlled for authorized seller use. These public pages exist so Etsy reviewers and connected sellers can review the application purpose, support, privacy, and terms before enabling API access.
